Welcome to Quilljobs! Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Quilljobs application and related services (the "Service") operated by Quilljobs ("us", "we", or "our"). Quilljobs provides a platform for job seekers to manage job applications, upload and organize resumes and related documents, track events, analyze job descriptions and resumes using AI, and access additional productivity features. Some features may require a paid subscription.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
You must not share your account or credentials with others or create an account for anyone other than yourself.

4. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create (e.g., resumes, job descriptions, notes, contacts).
By uploading or submitting content, you grant Quilljobs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Uploaded documents are encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

You agree not to:
